Mango Salsa

Mango salsa is quite an easy reciep. No cooking involved and once you start eating I can guarantee you can’t stop yourself.

1 ripe mango
1 medium sized onion
1 tbsp lime juice
few sprigs of coriander leaves chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp of pepper powder
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1 green chilly (optional)


  • Dice the mango, onion, red and green capsicum.
  • Chop the green chilly into small pieces.
  • Mix everything with lime juice, coriander leaves, salt and pepper powder.
  • Transfer it to a bowl. Cover and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with nachos or tortilla chips or as a side dish with fried fish.
